Thank you for donating tickets to the Mavs vs Bucks game on 11/10/25. My family and I enjoyed ourselves, especially my son. He started playing basketball for the YMCA in the 3rd grade. Starting in the 7th grade he started playing for his school through his 10th grade year. He loved basketball. He would watch Kyrie Irving highlights and mimic his moves. Starting in the 8th grade he would get injured during a game every year. And every year he would say I'm not playing basketball anymore, but he would return to the game because he loved it so much. In November 2024, he tore his ACL in his right knee at a school basketball tournament. That was the final straw for him. He was done playing basketball after that. Although my husband and I miss seeing him play basketball we respect and agree with his decision not to return. In October 2025, he completed physical therapy. It was a bittersweet moment to attend the game a year after his injury. Although Kyrie Irving was not playing due to his injury my son was excited to see him on the bench. My son excitedly pointed and said there's Kyrie Irving! Seeing his face light up again for enjoyment of the game meant so much to me, my husband, and his sister. You don't know how much it means for us to have received the tickets from you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! LaTonia
