Thank You Phoenix Rising for the tickets. It was First Responder’s night and the game ball was even delivered via helicopter. They landed right in the middle of the pitch! It was a little warm out (sarcasm as game time temp was 100 degrees) but that didn’t stop us from having a blast. It was good to see the Rising get back on track with a 2-0 win!

Thank you, Vet Tix, Phoenix Rising FC - USL organization and team, El Paso Locomotive FC, the Police and Security, all the vendors, and your awesome staffs for a fun night out. It was something like my fifth time visiting the stadium since last year. There are no bad seats in the house. Even the General Admission Section is great. My friends had never been to a Rising game, and this was the first time one had ever been to a live soccer game. We had a blast! The game ball was delivered by a yellow helicopter that landed on the field. James Rambo Smith, Army vet and retired fire fighter, sang the National Anthem so magnificently. Friday was Modelo Dollar Beer Night. It seems like everyone was walking around with several beers. Outside the field, the stadium is surrounded with trucks and stations serving delicious food and beverages, fan apparel tents, and several games to play. The following events took place and people and groups recognized during the game: Fire House Subs donation during Half Time, Happy Birthday wishes, Welcome Fans, etc. The Phoenix Band, Bandidos, in the Supporters Section, cheered us on and played their instruments the entire game. The weather was hot, but this is Phoenix in the Summer. The game was exciting. It ended in a 2 to 0 Rising victory. Yay! Again, thank you Vet Tix, Phoenix Rising FC - USL organization and team, El Paso Locomotive FC, the Police and Security, and your stupendous staffs. We, active military personnel, veterans, family members, and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our country! Sincerely, Chuck
