Dear 1st Tix and the AEG Team, I am writing to express my deepest and most sincere appreciation for the tickets you provided for the Journey concert on September 14 at the Pechanga Sports Arena in San Diego. It was an unforgettable evening, and I wanted to take a moment to share just how much this opportunity meant to me personally and professionally. As a nurse, the reality of my daily life often involves long, grueling shifts, physical exhaustion, and the emotional weight of caring for others during their most vulnerable moments. While I am incredibly proud of my profession, it is undeniable that the intensity of healthcare work can lead to burnout. Finding a way to disconnect and recharge isn't just a luxury for me; it is a necessity for my mental well-being and my ability to continue providing the best care possible to my patients. Stepping into the arena that night, leaving the stress of the hospital behind, and immersing myself in the music of Journey was exactly the reprieve I needed. The energy of the crowd and the sheer joy of the performance provided a much-needed mental reset. It allowed me to step out of my role as a caregiver and simply enjoy life for a few hours, returning home with a renewed spirit and a clearer mind. I want you to know that I never take this generosity for granted. I fully understand and appreciate the effort that goes into coordinating these programs. Because you provided the tickets, I was able to fully lean into the concert experience, and I made it a point to support the venue by purchasing food, drinks, and merchandise throughout the night. It is important to me that I contribute back to the ecosystem that creates these wonderful moments, and I was so happy to do my part to support the local venue. I just want to sincerely thank Field Entertainment Inc. for giving me and my daughters the opportunity to attend Monster Jam in Fresno, CA. We had an incredible time and created memories that my daughters and I will cherish for a long time. Your generosity and kindness gave us the chance to experience such an exciting event together as a family. Seeing the excitement on my daughters’ faces made it even more special.
