Monumental Sports does such a good job with Capital One arena events. I've noticed the staff say hello way more and they make themselves available to help. This is a management and work culture outcome this doesn't just happen. So kudos to Monument. Sound design was great from the 400 level and fans were well engaged. Keep up the good work.
