Dear Richmond Raceway Veterans Tickets Foundation, Thank you for your generosity in donating tickets for the NASCAR race this past weekend. My husband and I (both retired military) attended with your tickets and had an outstanding experience. It was my first time to a NASCAR race and I cannot wait to attend the next one that comes to Richmond. The fans were the best behaved sports fans I have ever witnessed (and I have been to many NFL, NHL and collegiate football and basketball games.) The fan experience is amazing and the free parking and road closures to allow a quick in and out were well done. The racing was spectacular to witness in person. Thank you for our wonderful day!
