Vet tix’s ticket redemption process is disgustingly terrible. Ended up sucking me into a night that’s total cost ended up being around $500. Thanks for nothing. How about not titling an email “your tickets are ready” when they are not. How about changing the important text (which would be unnecessary if you had the right subject line) “don’t show up with email” to “you still have more to do to get your tickets.”One of those is actionable info while the other misleadingly hopeful. This is TWICE now this has happened to me. The last time was so long ago I didn’t remember it until now. So long ago that this should have been fixed by now —by 3 years ago now.
