We had to leave early bc the event wouldnt allow us to pay and upgrade tickets. Our son is autistic and the floor was too much for him. We asked the ticket office if we could pay the difference to get seats. They said no but we could spend 300 and buy all new tickets. Unfortunately we left bc of this. We stayed for as long as we could. Thank you to Vet tix for the chance but the venue itself was not very accommodating.

My family and I would like to thank you for the experience you gave to us last night. Shinedown is a band that I have been listening to for awhile and I even got my 9 year old daughter into them. She went with me to the concert as well and had a blast. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

As a disabled veteran, who has suffered greatly with depression and anxiety. Shinedown has been there so often to help to be able to go to their concert with friends, and to be able to have a night of pure enjoyment is unmeasurable. It is priceless that they offer in the service that you provide to allow veterans to rejoin life in such a way. Thank you so very much.

I want to give a big thank you to Frank Productions, Inc for the tickets to Shinedown at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah last night. We had an amazing time. Shinedown was an amazing show and Three Days Grace and From Ashes to New alson put on a great show. This was me and my sons first Rock show and I look forward to many more.
