Although the Panthers lost the game, I still enjoyed being there to watch the game. And sitting next to me was a couple and their kids, of which the wife was originally from my hometown in upstate NY! What are those chances? Let's be clear. I am, and always will be a New England sports fan, but I am a transplanted Yankee living in South Carolina. And this was NFL Football, regardless that it was pre-season. And it was against the Jets, a rival of my Patriots. So even though the heat index was 98 degrees, we had an awesome time (even though the Jets won, 27-0). My thanks to the Panthers organization for the tickets. I assume this now makes me an adopted fan.
