I would like to thank vettix and Texas Motor Speedway for the opportunity to attend this race. It was extremely hot out there but my wife and I enjoyed the race nonetheless. This was the first outing that we had since September of 2021. That was when I was diagnosed with stage 2 bladder cancer. So with the diagnosis, the chemotherapy, and the bladder removal surgery, this was a very much needed break from it all. Again, I thank Texas Motor Speedway for donating the tickets.
