Thank you to the Arizona Diamondbacks, Veteran Tickets Foundation Purchases for the opportunity to see my first-ever opening day baseball game. The entire experience was wonderful! Our National Anthem was performed by a US Navy sailor who did the song proudly, without the trilling runs that so many pop stars try to insert. It was followed by fireworks and a flyover of F-35s. It made this old sailor's heart swell. The game was fantastic with a third-inning explosion of runs by the DBacks who went on to win their opener 16-1. Thanks again for this wonderful experience I got to share with my family.

I have been out of work since November, and as a result we were not going to attend Opening Day as a this year, but your kindness and generosity enabled us to still do so.
