Thank you so much for donating tickets and supporting veterans to attend this event! My son and I had a blast and are thankful that we had an opportunity to go. It was so much fun to be able to experience so many different things that we normally would never have a chance to do! We are enthusiastic electric car owners, so we loved being able see, interact with, and test drive so many new car models all in one location. My son was also very interested in test driving the electric bikes and scooters and talking to the vendors to get more information. The two demos (Hyundai IONIC 5 and Ford Mach E), with the professional race car drivers, were the highlight of the day—incredible! We hope to be able to attend again in 2025! As a side note, the day we attended happened to be one of the hottest days of the summer (100º+), so I’m also thankful for all of the ways to keep attendees safe by providing cooling towels, water bottle filling stations, and shaded areas throughout the venue.
