Thanks to thoughtfulness & generosity of tickets donated by Live Nation through Vettix.org, for myself (a veteran of the Navy & Army National Guard), my wife, one of our daughters & her life partner/boyfriend had an awesome night at Pine Knob, in Clarkston, MI, Sun. Aug. 4, 2024 enjoying great music and fun, energy of John Fogerty :The Celebration Tour, George Thorogood & John's 2 sons' band, Hearty Har! It felt wonderfully nostalgic also, growing up listening to our parents listen to John & George's music, as well as listening to it ourselves. We truly felt like everyone in the crowd was genuinely celebrating with John Fogerty over finally getting the rights to his Creedence Clearwater Revival music that this celebration tour especially featured and it was extra cool & special getting to see him at 79 yrs old, rockin' hard and awesome up there as ever right along with 2 of his sons, Shane & Tyler who are also incredibly talented. We all thought a special song he did for his wife of 33 years along with a video montage was really beautiful & touching too. Plus, they were entertaining from just prior to 7pm all the way to close to midnight! Everyone was having a lot of fun! You could tell it was truly A Celebration Tour & we are very grateful to Live Nation and Vettix for making it possible for the 4 of us to be part of it.
