Thank you VetTix as always for a wonderful night out! Orchestra Hall was packed! While the Mahler piece was nice, I much more enjoyed Haydn's piece. And coincidentally, when I was stationed in West Germany from 1984-1987 in the US Army, our apartment was on Joseph Hawdn Strasse!

The music was lovely and truly magnificent. I’ve never experienced such a magical performance! Not to mention, the seats were immaculate. It is a performance I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for the tickets! I haven't been to see a symphony in over a decade. It was a powerful performance and I appreciated each section and how they contributed to the pieces. My favorite was the person sitting in front of the gong who, although I was keeping a close eye on them, didn't seem to do anything except provide moral support. :) You have made this veteran very happy and I hope to see more DSO shows in the future. It was a very fancy occasion and it was fun to dress up.
