What an amazing performance by the Phoenix Symphony and the Boys Choir and the Chorale singers. The director embraced us in an evening filled with music by John Williams, who wrote everything from Raiders of the Lost Ark to ET to Star Wars and Harry Potter. And we got to hear pieces of all of Williams' major works. If that wasn't enough, the director treated us to two encores. That was a first for me. Thank you, thank you thank you to the Phoenix Symphony who makes possible these wonderful evenings. There is not a bad seat in the house, thank you for filling them with Vets and our families.

Thank you we enjoyed the amazing performance by The Phoenix Symphony of A John Williams Celebration. The music from all of the iconic films was so enjoyable. We also loved listening to the conductor talking about the history of the music. The entire audience clapped and cheered for all of the beautiful music and surprise encores including the theme music to Indiana Jones and Star Wars.

I offer a heartfelt thank you to The Phoenix Symphony for the tickets to attend their John Williams Celebration Sat Nov 16. It was a very moving tribute to a musical genius and legend. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and it bought images of the many movie scores to our minds as we sat and soaked in pure artistry. These were only a small fraction of his greatest works, performed by Pheonix professionals. William’s orchestral masterpieces made those movies what they are : Iconic! Thank you for you generosity to Veterans in sharing theee great seat for us to enjoy.
