My husband and I want to say thank you to the wonderful donors at the San Antonio Philharmonic who made it possible for us to attend this event at the Majestic Theater. My husband and I are both combat Vetetans. He recently retired this summer after serving over 24 years in the Army. The Nutcracker: A Texas Folklorico Story provided a truly memorable experience for my family and me. The proximity of our seats to the stage created an immersive atmosphere that felt as though we were part of Clara's dreams. My family and I consistently seek out holiday activities, and thanks to the complimentary tickets generously donated by the San Antonio Philharmonic, I was able to fulfill my family's wish to attend this performance during the holiday season. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the San Antonio Philharmonic for their generous donation of free tickets, which allowed us to create cherished holiday memories. Having missed numerous holiday seasons due to deployments overseas and in combat zones, this experience was particularly meaningful. Thank you once again for your support of military families in the San Antonio area; we deeply appreciate your generosity and the opportunities it provides for us to participate in such activities.
