Thank you for the tickets. We greatly appreciate it. Support ticket, please: We had issues with our tickets. They kept scanning as valueless. The gentleman scanning the tickets had to call a supervisor. When the supervisor arrived, the tickets continued to scan as valueless. Even though we had issues with the tickets, they still allowed us to enter. I tried looking for your support system, and I am only getting an automated chat. Please help.
