Dear VetTix, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the tickets to last night’s Arizona Diamondbacks game against the Boston Red Sox. It was an incredible experience to watch the Diamondbacks pull off the win, and I’m so grateful for the chance to be there in person. Opportunities like this mean a lot and make me feel truly appreciated as a veteran. One thing I did want to share for future consideration is the seating location. The seats were very high up, and with all the steps, it was a bit difficult to navigate. I completely understand that availability varies, but for many veterans, accessibility can make a big difference in how much they’re able to enjoy the event.
