What a great night at the Tacoma Dome once again, we arrived a little late due to traffic around the dome but once inside it was a fun event albeit a bit dark in the crowd. The dome has been through many improvements these last few months and the new seats were extremely comfortable and well lit going down the aisles. We started off with Citizen Queen, a group I heard of on YouTube and they did not disappoint with their a capella style covers of many popular hits. Then we were wowed with a great performance by a new mom Rachel Platten who was very down to earth and had some really nice songs to sing to and enjoy and then the Main Event with Pentatonix. If you never seen these guys live before, you definitely have to check them out because they are for lack of a better word, OUTSTANDING, both as performers and people alike that stand for many different causes. We definitely had a fun night with all of their covers and original songs and the arrangements are great. We also had a treat with some Cello-Boxing (that is beat-boxing while playing Cello) by the talented Kevin Olusola that played this crazy rendition of the Game of Thrones Theme Song that morphed into quite a spectacle so thank you very much to Live Nation for providing these excellent tickets and we hope to see more for many events. Sorry for the dark picture which was taken the moment PTX came out.
