Thank you so much to Vet Tix for donating tickets to the Fall First Data 500 - Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series at Martinsville Speedway! My son-in-law was thrilled to attend his first live race! It's so different when you're there. You can feel the rumble and smell the rubber! We had great seats with a fantastic view of the entire track! The weather was perfect! The kids were happy! We couldn't have asked for a better day! We had a little extra excitement when the fight broke out at the finish. That was quite unexpected! It just added a little more thrill to our adventure! Neither of our drivers won, but it was so worth the trip! My son-in-law keeps hugging me and thanking me for taking him to the race! It meant more to him than you can imagine, thus making it more meaningful to myself and my daughter! We bond on our road trips and during the events. It just brings us all closer together. Love seeing the huge Vet Tix sign/banner, and it was right near the flag! It's awesome how you all work together to look out for us Veterans. We are humbled and honored by your blessings. YOU ROCK!
