I would like to thank Vet Tix, the Michigan International Speedway, and the Veteran Tickets Foundation Purchases for the incredibly generous donation of tickets that made it possible for us to attend an in-person Vet Tix event for the first time since January of 2020. I'm a Registered Nurse and have been working in different COVID testing positions throughout the pandemic. Due to safety concerns, we had not attended any in-person events and had not been to a NASCAR race in three years!!! We were so happy to be at MIS again enjoying an outdoor event that felt safe and patriotic and wonderful, even though it was so close to being rained out!!! A weather miracle took place and after the track was dried, the race was able to go on in its entirety. Thank you again so much for this opportunity. We hope to keep the Michigan Race an annual tradition for as long as possible!
