My autistic daughter's favorite band. A great weekend in Pittsburgh. I want to thank Messina Touring Group, LLC, PPG Paints Arena, Ticketmaster, and Old Dominion for a great experience. A shout out to the PPG Paints Arena Guest Services - the seats assigned to us through this process had an issue when we arrived and had to be cleaned along with the floor around the seats. This time would have went into the scheduled concert. The Usher notified Guest Services. They never blinked and quickly assigned us new seats, no questions and really took care of us. Made us feel at home and at ease. We greatly appreciated the effort ,compassion, and consideration. Thanks to everyone.
