First of all, Thanks to Speedway Motorsports for the tickets for the Ambetter 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on behalf of myself and all veterans and their families who enjoyed this event. My 2nd NASCAR Cup race was in the Fall of 1992 at AMS 3 months before I separated from the USAF. I drove up from Ft Walton Beach, saw the race on Sunday, and looked for a civilian job that week. AMS has a special place in my heart bringing me joy during a time of uncertainty. The newest configuration (my 3rd) is defiantly the best. This was THE BEST RACE I EVER SAW IN MY LIFE! No matter what venue or car type. All I can say is, if you have a friend who has never been to a NASCAR Cup race before... Take him/her to Atlanta Motor Speedway. Again Thank You Speedway Motorsports.
