Thank you Vet-Tix and National Hot Rod Association - NHRA, Sunday became a day of highs and lows, not only on the track, but in the stands for us fans in attendance. From getting to walk the track and be where the racing actually takes place to watching the split-second separation of cars racing across the finish line. From starting the day under sunny skies to having to evacuate the grand stands due to incoming lightning and then huddle inside the middle of the Nitro Mall with workers for safety when the hail started falling and getting to share memories with others. It definitely was a wild ride and so haply that we had the opportunity to experience it all. Plus, a special thanks for the Veteran Challenge Coin.
