It was fun to finally go to the new Globe Life stadium to actually see a game and not just a concert. This ended up being the 10 year anniversary of my dad's passing and he was a huge baseball fan, played, umpired, and then watched it until his last days. So no better way to celebrate his memory on what's usually a depressing day. So definitely a huge thank you to the Texas Rangers. We did get there a bit too late for the jersey giveaway, but that's no biggie as it was $1 hotdog night. The last time I saw the Rangers play was several years ago in the old stadium, against the Yankees on the 2 year anniversary of my dad's passing, vs the Yankees and it was also dollar dog night.
