I'm writing to follow up on the incredibly generous gift of four tickets to the concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre last Thursday, July 3, 2024. Having the opportunity to attend, along with my three guests, was truly valuable. The event provided a unique chance to revisit a significant period in American pop culture for myself and those who joined me. We were all able to engage in discussions about the artists (DJ Jazzy Jeff, Paula Abdul, and New Kids On The Block) and the era they represent, sparking a deeper understanding of that time. These conversations offered a valuable educational context, particularly for my younger guests. It was a chance to connect with a part of history they haven't lived through firsthand. The donated tickets provided much more than just a night out; it facilitated a learning opportunity that will stay with us.
