Chicago Street Race - NASCAR
A huge thanks to Chicago Street Race-NASCAR and VetTix for the amazing weekend! The races and the concerts were awesome! This was the first time to a NASCAR event for my friends and I. I was going to go to the Chicago Street Race last year, but the bad weather (which reared it's ugly head again this year) prevented me from attending. Literally, the streets were flooded! At least this year, all of the concerts and most of the racing had taken place by the time Mother Nature came knocking. Highlights of the concerts were an amazing set by hometown favorite, the one and only Buddy Guy on Saturday afternoon and back-to-back powerhouse performances by both Lauren Alaina and Keith Urban on Sunday. We had awesome East Field Reserved seats for the races, which gave us a great view of the cars coming out of Turn #1 and into Turn #2. All with a beautiful backdrop of the Chicago skyline. You really gave us a magical weekend and I will be forever grateful! Thank you again!
