I am very appreciative of getting tickets to take my youngest daughter and a friend of mine and her special needs son to the Kids Bop concert in Bangor Maine! We had good seats in an area close to the stage and overall it was a good experience driving to and from the venue. Opportunities like this are very important for my family right now as I face some mental health challenges. Being on a fixed income also makes this a much appreciated donation because it means I can do fun things and make memories with my children and not have to worry about over spending. I have lived in Maine for 4 years now and I continue to try and explore this state while striving to be a good Mom and friend. My guests were so thrilled to be invited and humbled learning Veteran's such as myself are gifted these type of tickets to enhance our wellbeing. It means alot for me personally. I suffer from Major Depression and often feel guilty about all the things I couldn't do while on Active Duty. I tell my children why I am getting these event tickets and how people donate money for our families to be able to attend. I just recently started using Vet Tix in Maine after having some major traumatic events in my life. Ive been a member for years but forgot to tap into this resource when we moved to New England. Ive always been impressed with what I do win by lottery. Once I got pit tickets to another concert. I was blown away. I felt like the Cool Mom that day and my daughters experienced something I may have never considered if I had to purchase tickets myself. I was unable to write a review so I want to include it here because all of it makea a difference. I need this space to clear my head and not think about my problems in life while enjoying time with family and friends. Thank You again to the donors. I served in the Marine Corps for 20 years from 1996 to 2016. In the photo you can barely see me..I tried my best! It was very bright and the sun was directly over us. We were seated in Section 102 Row V. My daughter is next to me along with my friend Jackie and her son Jack.
