I am extremely grateful for Vet Tix. org over ever since I signed up for your generous tickets as a Navy veteran. We had a great time yesterday but I will say that I was extremely disappointed in only receiving General Admission seats as there were "many" empty seats available throughout the stadium. We were basically left to wander throughout the stadium and only able to sit on the lawn. These seats came via Ticketmaster so it could have been their decision but my wife suffers from Fibromyalgia and it became very difficult for her to maneuver all day without discomfort. We made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves but it would have been a much better experience having assigned seats. Grateful for Vet Tix. Org, and thank you again for all you do for Veterans. I also would like to know why there is no phone number to call anyone at your organization. I wanted to try to cancel these seats but could not get in touch with anyone.
