Crystal Grand Music Theatre
We had an incredible weekend & we are so grateful to the Crystal Grand Music Theatre for the opportunity to see Clint Black! He was definitely a bucket-list performer for us and he did not disappoint!! He sounded as good in concert now as he does on radio and did back when I danced to his music in the base clubs! Watching him perform live brought back a floodgate of memories from my time in service 30 years ago. This was my 3rd time to the Crystal Grand Music Theatre and my other’s 1st time. He was blown away by the beauty of the theatre, the history, and the incredible guitar collection, as well the surrounding area. The staff was top-notch and added to our fantastic experience as well! We found a cute little “mom & pop” style motel called the Dell Creek Motel. Your donation of the Clint Black tickets brought me back to long-forgotten, good childhood memories of growing up in a similar style motel owned by my parents in northern Wisconsin. Plus we made a new friend with the Dell Creek Motel owner! Given our financial constraints — with the fuel cost of a 5 1/2 hour drive, food and a motel stay, we would not have been able to make it to this concert without your generous donation. We are now making plans and saving up to come back to the Lake Delton Wisconsin Dells area to catch other concerts and enjoy the area! A simple thank you doesn’t seem enough for the experiences we had nor for the sweet memories it jogged for me! It’s a thankfulness that is heartfelt and gratitude-filled!
