I submitted a thank you message on Thursday however someone who monitors the thank you messages said that I was “Attempting to submit an event photo of the wrong venue.” I attempted to find the trouble ticket option however I couldn’t find one to submit on the page. Below is a photo of our Pastor who we didn’t know was attending the Megan Trainor concert until we got there. As you can see by the photo our tickets matched the location of where we were sitting…the grass in the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. I am speechless due to the length and measured taken to have someone lie about submitting the wrong venue when my wife and I attended. Perhaps you need to have people who know a little bit about venues before they accept or deny/suspend someone’s account for sending a valid photo.
