Sorry to say I didn't go to the House of Torment. I received an email on 7 September saying that my 3 tickets have been assigned. It also said that the tickets the tickets were General Admission and good for any opening date, except blackout dates listed. So, when redeeming my tickets I chose to go October 4th. Today, September 14th, at 9:45 am, I received an email from VetTix saying that they, hoped I enjoyed the House of Tourment. Then today at 12:45 pm I get another email from VetTix saying that my event is Rescheduled for September 13, 2024. Hello, how do I go back in time to go to something that was yesterday? Being notified that something was rescheduled after the event date happened doesn't make sense. When an event says tickets are good for any day, like it does for The San Antonio Home & Garden Show, then I think I can choose when to go.
