The Phoenix Symphony
Many thanks to the Phoenix Symphony at Symphony Hall for providing tickets to veterans and to VetTix for their work in getting those tickets into the hands of America's veterans. Last night's symphony was simply outstanding! The guest conductor, Lina Gonzalez-Granados, did an amazing job in opening this year's symphonies. Drum Circles put on a performance like I've never heard in a symphony but hope to hear again... soon! Holst's, The Planets, was one of the first symphonies I attended as a young adult and this performance rivaled the John Williams conducted performance of my youth. Congrats to the symphony and guest conductor!
