Despite suffering a 3 to 1 loss to the Colorado Eagles in game #27 on December 28, 2024, this was a very exciting game as evidenced by the very large and very noisy spirited crowd of fans who virtually filled the stands. This was Star Wars night and the hundreds of kids having red, blue, and green light sabers waved them enthusiastically every time the Roadrunners showed their hockey skills and asserted themselves aggressively on the ice. It seems the team gets better every game they play and the loyal Tucson hockey fans definitely show their appreciation. When the announcer calls for noise the fans respond with NOISE so loud the roof seems to shake! Come on down and see for yourself how much fun and excitement a Roadrunners hockey game can be!
