THANK YOU! I am a Vet and the mom of a teenage son who loves basketball and aspires to one day play in the NBA. His favorite team is the Houston Rockets. We live in Seattle where there is no NBA team, so we try to travel to Portland whenever they play the Rockets. This season, however, we were not able to do that. When I was discussing this with a friend from my Army days, she recommended that I try to get tickets through VET TIX. I followed her advice, and my son and I were able to attend last weekend's matchup between Portland and Houston. (We were likely the only Rockets fans in the crowd,} Together my son and I cheered the Rockets to victory, and, my teenage son, who is typically disinterested and nonresponsive when it comes to conversations with mom, was so excited, he actually talked about the game for the entire drive back to Seattle. To me, that was the real win. Thank You!
