Arizona Diamondbacks
Arizona Diamondbacks thank you very kindly for your hospitality! Because of your generosity, myself being a disabled Navy veteran, my nephew may be veteran and his 16 year old son were able to accompany my 95 year old, Korean War veteran, father in attendance at your game yesterday March 30th. Fathers of terminally ill veteran with dementia, prostate and bone cancer and because he requires more care than we can provide for him at home he has to live in a facility. His quality of life is just end of life care and getting to go to the game meant a lot to all of us especially to dad. Trying to find as many things as possible to do to make his last days less stressful and more enjoyable, while trying to make as many good memories as possible. We sincerely appreciate being able to attend your game and the fact that you accommodated us with Ada seating. Couldn't have attended this game any other way. That tickets, doesn't have an option for Ada seating so we had to reach out to you, and after speaking with a nice gentleman named Kyle for the diamondbacks, we were accommodated to your stadium. I couldn't have gotten Dad into the game or into the stadium by myself, especially having to carry the cooler with his medical supplies water and a snack necessary for his meds and though it required buying the extra tickets to have the help of my nephew and his son, they enjoyed the show and helped me with taking care of my father. I am also a disabled veteran, with invisible disabilities. I'm a spinal cord injury / incomplete paraplegic so pushing the wheelchair just by itself is quite a daunting task. I can't thank you enough for helping us make this possible for my father and our family thank you so much very sincerely, Paul Nelson and the Nelson family.
