AEG Presents
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to AEG and everyone involved in donating the tickets and supporting veterans like myself. Last night’s Neon Nights Tour at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, featuring John Michael Montgomery and Trace Adkins, was truly unforgettable. In the '90s, these two artists were among my absolute favorites. Seeing them live again transported me back to my younger days here in Dallas — back when I’d be twirling across the dance floors at places like Borrowed Money, Cowboys off Gaston Ave, Cowboys Arlington, Stampede, Denim & Diamonds, Chances, and the Crystal Chandelier. Even more special — I got to share this experience with my daughter. It was her very first concert, and she had a fantastic time! She was surprised (and a little shocked!) to realize she already knew many of the songs I loved — even ones that came out long before she was born. Watching her enjoy the music I grew up with made the night even more meaningful. John Michael Montgomery absolutely knocked it out of the park with his heartfelt music and vocals, and Trace Adkins, with his powerful voice, incredible showmanship, and unwavering support of veterans, was phenomenal. This was more than a concert. It was a moment of connection, nostalgia, and joy — one I’ll always treasure. Thank you, AEG, for your generosity and for standing behind those who’ve served. Your support brings joy, healing, and unforgettable memories to veterans and their families.
