Thank You, Live Nation – A Night of Pure Gen-X Glory! A huge thank-you to Live Nation for your generous donation of tickets to Billy Idol: It's A Nice Day To… Tour Again! at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025. As proud Gen-Xers who grew up with the pulse of this music in our veins, the night was a thrilling return to our roots. I had the pleasure of attending with another fellow veteran and a close mutual friend. What we thought was going to be a Billy Idol concert turned into something even greater when we discovered Joan Jett and the Blackhearts were also on the bill! That surprise sent shockwaves of excitement through all of us. It was pure nostalgia and rock history alive on stage. The energy, the anthems, the leather and spikes...it all took us back to a time when these songs shaped our worldview and gave us the soundtracks to our youth. Sharing that night together in the iconic Madison Square Garden made it all the more unforgettable. Thank you for giving us this incredible gift and for continuing to support veterans with opportunities like these. It meant the world to us.
