I am so grateful for the generosity of the MLB and VetTix for donating these tickets especially for Memorial Day. It was touching to have a moment of silence to those who lost their lives in service and as a veteran who lost friends in Afghanistan, celebrating today means more than the start of summer, BBQ’s and a 3-day weekend. It is a day to be especially thankful for this that sacrificed their lives in service. I am glad the A’s are showing military appreciation today in many ways and very thankful to have gotten these tickets. Thank you!
