Edward Rausch
Chief Operating Officer
Founder
Chairman of the BoardWhen Eddie Rausch joined the Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix), its donor network was at zero. Today, it exceeds 30,000 donors nationwide, growing by an average of 20–30 new donors every day. Eddie has had a hand in every one of those relationships since day one. He still does.
As Chief Operating Officer, Eddie leads critical business development and relationship-building initiatives that support Vet Tix's continued growth and national expansion. He has personally negotiated more than 450 contracts, establishing corporate partnerships and securing agreements that strengthen the organization's reach, resources, and operational capabilities. His contributions reflect nearly two decades of relationship development, strategic negotiations, and sustained organizational growth. These numbers are not milestones to put on a slide. They are the result of years of relationship building, strategic execution, and showing up every single day to build something worth building.
Eddie's professional experience spans hospitality, retail, professional sports, and entrepreneurship. He has held management positions with nationally recognized organizations, including GUESS, Hilton Hotels, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. He also founded and operated his own corporate meeting and event planning company, serving clients throughout the United States and internationally. His background encompasses business development, contract negotiations, corporate relationship management, and organizational operations—experience he continues to leverage in advancing the Vet Tix mission.
Eddie's collegiate education included Glendale Community College, where he spent two years pursuing his studies while competing in baseball; Northern Arizona University, where he completed two years of coursework initially focused on legal studies before transitioning to Kinesiology; and Arizona State University, where he completed his final two years studying Kinesiology and Sports Business.
Service is deeply rooted in Eddie's family history. His father served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, including assignments in Okinawa during the Vietnam War. His grandfather supported the World War II effort by supervising the construction of military PT boats, while his uncles served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Although Eddie pursued a career in business rather than military service, his leadership role at Vet Tix provides a meaningful opportunity to honor his family's legacy and give back to those who serve.
Eddie's vision is to make Vet Tix a household name and ensure that more veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families have access to sporting events, concerts, and other live entertainment experiences. After 18 years, his commitment remains unchanged: building relationships, securing partnerships, and expanding the organization's national impact.
