Unbeknownst to me there was a little bit of sadness because Terry Vader announced last night that it was his last show of his 19-year residency here in Las Vegas. He is going to hit the road. Such a fun show for adults & children alike. I really enjoyed the shows background story of the generations-long journey of a Mexican Hispanic family that created this adventure of talent & entertainment. The performers were talented, engaging and the immersed the audience into the show at times. Such great family (or couple) fun. It was a beautiful day. We met so many nice people to talk to and enjoy a fantastic race day. It was also my lovely lady’s first NASCAR race and she enjoyed every minute of it. In the back ground of our photo was my driver, Kyle Larson, car#5, who, unknown to us until after the photo, was driving past at well over 150mph, it was meant to be! My daughter sings in the Phoenix Children’s Choir, and on this particular day they had the honor of performing the national anthem before the game. Because of your generosity, I was able to attend with my family and share in that special moment. Without the discounted opportunity, it would have been difficult for us to afford a family outing of this kind. The seats were wonderful, and children not only got to see their sister perform but also enjoyed the game itself. It truly made for a memorable experience for all of us. This was a big treat for my wife who has faith where I am lacking. It was very emotional and inspiring for her and I enjoyed watching the happiness in her face and on occasion the tears.
