It was very easy, and I can tell they have thought things through with their operations to make it easy for donors, as well as the ability to download donation receipts that are very professionally done. I work in Internet software development, and I can tell they have put a lot of time and thought into their platform to make sure it's easy for donators, and isn't subject to fraud from recipients. I also like the feature where I can read the recipients' thank you notes after they went to a game, which makes me feel appreciated and want to donate more. Well done, Vet Tix!
